A quick and easy supper dish using venison which is lower in fat than beef – so good for the waistline! (Sainsbury’s often have venison steaks which you can whizz in the blender).
Serve with pasta tossed in cream and a teaspoon of dijon mustard. Yum!

  • streaky bacon
  • sage leaves
  • garlic
  • cream

  • bavettine pasta (or tagliatelli)
